Hi Everyone!

For many, the flu is just another illness; in a week, they will be over it and continue on with their lives. But for some, the flu is life-changing and occasionally life-ending. Have you or someone you know had an adverse experience with the flu? Would you be willing to share your/their story with me?

I believe that humanizing the flu and its possible consequences through storytelling and possibly photojournalism could really influence how people think about the flu in the first place. If they don't think it's a big deal, then vaccinating for the disease will seem pointless.
